Office For Mac

Carpe Diem with calendar templates

Do you have a lot of events and activities to keep track of?

Do you want a way to print these events out so you can put them on
your fridge or carry a copy with you?

Do you know that you can organize these items with Office calendars?

If you’re like me, you probably lead a busy, active life. I have many work and family activities to keep track of, that are stored in a variety of places. Most are in electronic format on my phone or are written down on a lot of little notes that are scattered all over the place.

Office for Mac includes some great Word, Excel, and PowerPoint calendar templates that you can use to organize your events and activities and print out in wall calendar format. Want something different than what’s included with Office? No problem! From the documents, workbook, or presentation galleries, you can search for additional calendar templates on Office.com. You can even customize those templates to your liking by adding pictures, or changing the fonts and colors by using themes.

In addition, if you keep your appointments in Outlook, you can print your Outlook calendar, and carry a copy with you as you go through the day. Here is how you can create calendars if the various Office for Mac applications:

Create a calendar in Word
Create a calendar in PowerPoint
Create a calendar in Excel
Print your Outlook calendar

I absolutely love Office for Mac 2011, the greatest productivity suite for Mac thus far. Any chance the Office for Mac team will update the suite to take advantage of Mac OS X Lion’s (Apples next gen. OS) features?
    Thanks.
