Office For Mac

Let Office for Mac 2011 pick up the scraps

When I do research for a project, a trip, or whatever, I like to
use the Office Scrapbook.

The Scrapbook is a palette in the Toolbox (click View > Scrapbook)
where you can collect text, image, and object “clips” that you
want to use later.

To store a clip in the Scrapbook, just drag it from your document, presentation, spreadsheet, or e-mail message into the Scrapbook window.

Or copy (COMMAND + C) something to the clipboard – for example a picture from the web or your desktop – then in the Scrapbook, click Add from Clipboard.

Once clips are in the Scrapbook, you can use them over and over from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

It’s like having an unlimited clipboard for all of your favorite clips.

Take a look at this topic for more details about the Scrapbook. Happy clipping.
