Office For Mac

Office Web Apps – Available in 150 Additional Countries!

We wanted to send out congrats to the Office Web Apps team; today they announced the Web Apps are available in more than 150 countries! The Web Apps let users view, edit and share Office documents from any computer with a browser and internet connection. Some of the new locations include India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, and Thailand, additionally; they will be rolling out all remaining markets next month.

The Web Apps are a great companion to Office 2010 and Office for Mac 2011. For those that haven’t tried the Web Apps before check out our Help & How To for tips on how to get started. And remember they are free to use. They’ve saved us more than a few times while out of the office making last minute edits.

For all the latest updates check out the Web Apps team blog.
